Meet Suzanne

Welcome! You are in the right place. I’ve been exactly where you are. I found core strength at a time when I felt completely broken down. My sacroiliac joint was constantly aggravated, my glutes and deep core were barely firing, and everyday movements felt impossible. Walking, sitting, standing, gardening—everything hurt. And the hardest part? I was a yoga teacher. I felt like I should have had it all figured out. That moment became my turning point. I dove into functional movement with weights, Pilates, calisthenics, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage—anything that could help me understand my body and rebuild from the inside out. Even though my degree is in environmental science, I’ve spent my entire life fascinated by anatomy, physiology, and how the human body actually works in real life. Because the truth is: we’re only as wealthy as we are healthy. What I discovered is this— a huge amount of pain, instability, and fatigue can be resolved by building a strong, intelligent, bulletproof core. And that’s why I created Restore Your Core: to give you the guidance, the structure, and the support I wish I had when I was climbing out of pain. Fifteen minutes a day. Thirty days. Real strength. Real relief. Real confidence. You’re not broken. You’re becoming stronger than ever.
